Elden Ring features some of the nastiest boss fights in the history of gaming. Two of them, Melania and Radahn are immensely difficult and time-consuming to defeat. However, a player named LetMeSoloHer has been a messiah for people trying to kill Melania.
With his avatar of a jar stuck on the head, no clothes on, and dual-wielding katanas, LetMeSoloHer has helped countless Elden Ring players get a free Melania kill, turning himself into a legend in the process. Even Bandai Namco tracked down the player, whose real name is Klein Tsuboi, and gifted him a package that carries a katana identical to the ones his avatar uses.
However, streamer LilAggy has completed a feat in Elden Ring that pales all others in comparison. He has completed the entire game without taking a single hit. And if that is not impressive enough, the player was using a randomizer mod that changed every item and enemy.

There is a popular subgenre of fantasy fiction known as “grimdark,” which tends to feature violent, unpleasant settings and predominantly human characters. No one is entirely good or bad, and their protagonists are made to suffer all sorts of agonies over the course of the story. Think George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire (the book series Game of Thrones is based on), Joe Abercrombie’s First Law trilogy, or the works of Steven Erikson.
This sub-genre is often referred to as “anti-Tolkien,” and we can see why. J.R.R. Tolkien’s legendarium, with its noble kings with healing hands, impossibly beautiful Elves, angels come down to Middle-earth to fight the forces of evil, and actual God (Eru Ilúvatar), could never be described as “grimdark,” a subgenre full of amoral people, wicked kings, and flawed heroes, where Elves are either absent all together or thoroughly evil.

Exclusive: Douglas Smith (Big Little Lies), Mark O’Brien (Arrival), Rebecca Liddiard (Alias Grace) and Vinessa Antoine have been cast opposite Amanda Seyfried (The Dropout) in Seven Veils, the new feature from filmmaker Atom Egoyan (The Sweet Hereafter).
The project wrapped principal photography in Toronto last week.
Seven Veils follows Jeanine (Seyfried), an earnest theatre director, who has been given the daunting task of remounting her former mentor’s most famous work, the opera Salome. Haunted by dark and disturbing memories from her past, Jeanine allows her repressed trauma to color the present as she re-enters the opera world after so many years away.
Smith and Seyfried previously worked together on HBO series Big Love, playing siblings Ben and Sarah Henrickson.
Pic is written and directed by Egoyan, who also produces alongside Niv Fichman (Enemy), Simone Urdl (The Captive), Fraser Ash (BlackBerry) and Kevin Krikst (BlackBerry).
