- Rachael Quinn is an actor, writer, producer, director, and editor from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Rachael graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Film & Media Studies, a minor in Theatre, and a focus on Creative Writing. Throughout her years as a student, she won awards nationally and regionally for her writing and filmmaking, and she was awarded multiple acting scholarships at various colleges. While at Franklin & Marshall College, Rachael directed two musicals ("Bye Bye Birdie" and "Aida") and was later invited back to direct a senior thesis performance of "The Last Five Years" as an alum.
During her senior year, she was recruited by a production company, where she learned a broad range of skills from pre-production through post-production. After moving to Los Angeles, California, Rachael continued her work both in front of and behind the camera, ranging from commercial and traditional mediums to podcasts and Youtube.
Rachael Quinn has won multiple awards as a director, and her pilot script "The Metrics of Magic," co-written with Abigail Reed, has ranked in multiple contests, rising to the top 19% of all projects on Coverfly. In addition to directing and writing, Rachael recently produced on George Sear's directing debut, "Scott," based on the life of Scott Walker, as well as a slate of music videos for the Billboard charting band, Jukebox the Ghost.
In 2022, Rachael Quinn & Abigail Reed's production company, Moonwake, produced a podcast series, entitled "Hollow's Bend: The Radio Play," created by Rachael Quinn & Abigail Reed and starring the duo alongside James Marsters, Paul Johansson, George Sear, and Jan Luis Castellanos, among others.- IMDb Mini Biography By: Rachael Quinn
