Monday night during the Semi-finals 2 episode of “America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League,” Australian singer Sheldon Riley from “AGT” Season 15 returned to the big stage with his rendition of “golden hour” by Jvke. While Mel B (his mentor), Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell gave him mostly positive comments, Howie Mandel received boos from the studio audience for his harsh criticism of Sheldon’s performance.

Snapchat is ringing in spooky season with help from a few big-name creators. The social app has launched a series called Phantom House, which features Snap stars Sofie Dossi, Tony Talks, and Ezee.
Within the Snapchat app, Phantom House will be distributed across multiple formats. According to Marketing Dive, Phantom House viewers will be able to experience the series on the Chat, Camera, Stories, and Spotlight tabs. As Sofie, Tony, and Ezee use Snap tools to solve puzzles and escape the titular haunted house, ordinary users will gain access to their own themed effects. Snap’s Phantom House content includes custom Ar Lenses and a Spotlight Challenge.
Phantom House began with a series of vlog-style updates, in which the series’ three stars received invites to a mysterious and devilish location. As they enter the house (which only appears after Dossi locates it with a Snap filter), the show takes on...

This week “America’s Got Talent” season 18 finished the second stage of the competition, known as “Qualifiers.” In this round, 55 acts are divided into five groups for five weeks of performances, all in the hopes of advancing to The Finals. While series judges Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel are still around to offer their support and critique of the acts, the power is out of their hands and rests all in America’s vote. Only two acts from each of the five qualifying groups will win over America and earn a spot in the “AGT” finale.
This week’s contenders were: chorale group 82nd Airborne Chorus, dance group Avantgardey, mariachi singer Eduardo Antonio Trevino, dancer Eseniia Mikheeva, singer Gabriel Henrique, hula hoop artist/aerialist Grace Good, singer Lachune, comic magician Mandy Muden, acrobatic duo Ramadhani Brothers, magician Sangsoon Kim and singing guitarist duo Trailer Flowers.

Earlier in her career, Neben was known for her work in fields like fashion and beauty, where she linked up with YouTube standouts like Sofie Dossi and the McKnight family. By adding top-tier athletes to her client roster, Neben is leading Select into promising territory while interrogating an industry that’s ripe for change.

The 17th season of “America’s Got Talent” is in full swing, with five audition episodes having aired since May 31. Instead of moving right on to the sixth set of hopefuls, the AGT team paused on July 5 to give viewers a look back at some of the best tryouts from the last six years. During the first ever Golden Buzzer special, entitled “Simon’s Favorite Golden Buzzers,” judge Simon Cowell sat down with host Terry Crews to present a two-hour countdown of his personal picks for the 15 greatest moments involving the coveted honor.
The Golden Buzzer was first incorporated into AGT’s ninth season, which aired in 2014. The show’s current format allows it to be used only five times per season (once by the host and once each by the four judges) to lock in quarterfinal placements for particularly outstanding auditioners. 12 of the 59 acts who have earned the honor have...

Hey, "America's Got Talent" fans. Tonight, August 14, 2019, the first results show for the quarterfinal rounds did indeed air, and five acts were unfortunately eliminated when it was all said and done. All the judges: Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough and Simon Cowell were on hand. Tonight's results show kicked off with a brief recap of last night's performances. Right after that, host Terry Crews got right down to business by bringing the 12 acts on stage to see who America voted through to the semifinal rounds. He also revealed that there was a glitch that occurred in the voting last night, which meant that the judges wouldn't get to use their special "save" this week. The top 6 acts based on America's vote advanced to the semifinals. Then the 7th, 8th and 9th place acts were included in something called the Dunkin' Save. The Dunkin' Save gave the viewing audience a...

At VidCon, YouTube contortionist Sofie Dossi -- who rose to fame for her circus-inspired performances on America’s Got Talent and who has subsequently established a sizable presence on YouTube, with 4.1 million subscribers -- launched her own athletic-wear line, dubbed Fire Lily.
The brand -- which vends leggings, sports bra sets, cropped tees, jackets, and more -- sold out entirely at its VidCon booth, according to Dossi’s reps. And a forthcoming Signature Collection, presumably consisting of Dossi’s essentials, will launch on the Fire Lily website in coming weeks. Right now, roughly 26 items are available for sale, ranging in price from $30 for a cropped T-shirt to $80 for a jacket. Tees bear monikers like 'Bend The Limits' and 'Daredevil', while some leggings and bras feature a snakeskin print.

“America’s Got Talent: The Champions” is a spin-off of “Agt.” Unlike that summer-time hit, this winter version was pre-taped with the winner decided by a pre-selected group of viewers. The show has dubbed this group the Superfans. The producers have been tight-lipped about the identity of these audience members. However, they did issue a statement with some details on the process.
The superfans were sourced from fans of the show that had been vocal in their love of previous seasons of “Agt.” This panel of voters is made up of representatives from all 50 states, though the exact number is not being disclosed. And not every member of the panel takes part in the vote for every episode.

That sound you hear is millions of “America’s Got Talent” fans smashing their hands through their TV screens. After 13 seasons of being able to vote for their favorite acts, viewers learned during Monday’s season premiere of spinoff series “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” that there’s a brand new voting system in place known as the Superfan vote. Delegates from all 50 states are in charge of casting their votes for who they want to advance, which means everyday viewers have no power. And they’re not happy about it.
