The dinner follows President Joe Biden’s meeting with Yoon and subsequent press conference. The U.S. and South Korea announced an agreement designed to deter North Korea.
Jolie is scheduled to attend the dinner with son Maddox Jolie-Pitt. She has visited the Biden White House on reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act.

Punk legends the Circle Jerks will celebrate the 40th anniversary of their seminal 1980 LP Group Sex with a new vinyl reissue featuring previously unreleased rehearsal recordings.
Due out October 30th, the reissue pairs the 15-minute, 14-song album — released exactly 40 years ago on October 1st, 1980 — with five additional Circle Jerks songs that Keith Morris and company recorded at a rehearsal that year.
The remastered vinyl reissue also features a 20-page booklet with previously unreleased photos and new anecdotes penned Tony Hawk, Mike Patton, Shepard Fairey, Ian MacKaye, Lars Frederiksen and more.

Carianne Marshall has been named chief operating officer of Warner/Chappell Music Publishing. Marshall was previously head of creative licensing and creative services for Songs Music Publishing, where she worked closely with songwriters such as Lorde, The Weeknd, Diplo, and DJ Mustard, among many others. She opened Songs’ West Coast office in 2006 and, along with principal partners Matt Pincus and Ron Perry, cashed out her stake in the company when Kobalt bought it in Dec. 2017.
She joins Warner/Chappell as the publisher continues to gather momentum and market share. In 2017, Warner/Chappell knocked rival Sony/Atv Music Publishing out of the top spot for the first quarter in five years.
