Brian Eley writes for film, theatre and audio. He was co-writer with Leena Telén and Marina Willer of 'Red Trees', a documentary feature-film about migration, produced by Charles S. Cohen and directed by Marina Willer (. His short plays have been performed at numerous new writing venues in the UK. In September 2019 a monologue, 'Some Things Are Just Too Big For Numbers', was performed at New York's Hudson Guild Theatre as part of the New York Theatre Festival. Brian is a graduate of London's St Martins School of Art and was co-founder and Partner of brand agency Dunning Eley Jones. He was awarded an MA with Distinction in Writing for Plays and Screenplays from City University, London (2010). He worked with Director Daniel Greaves on the branding of the BBC children's channel CBeebies and has twice won the Royal Television Society's Award for Graphic Design in Television (1991 and 2005).
