Sanya Carloni is a talented indie filmmaker and media and technology professional spanning nearly two decades of experience in a variety of capacities. Endlessly curious, she sought experience in front of the camera, freelanced behind the camera on-location, in the edit bay and managed equipment rentals. From leading her own projects to assisting others with theirs; she has acquired a very unique skill-set.
Her passion for Television and Film started as a kid in the 90's when she wondered, "How do the people get in the box?--How does TV happen?" and she dedicated her career trajectory to learning the ins-and-outs of the media and entertainment business. As she paid her way through college receiving her degree in Communication and Media from City University of New York's Graduate School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS), she continued to work full-time in the industry. She has held positions with broadcast media and major motion picture conglomerates alike.
Sanya has focused her love for media production within the digital quality control, asset management and archive realm. She is knowledgeable about the many facets of digital asset workflows for broadcast media and motion pictures, is adept at learning new programs/UIs quickly and excited to lend a hand; her expertise has proven transferable to other industries.
