Randy was born to Ted and Carol Stufflebem in Chicago, IL. He primarily
grew up in Canton, IL, where he graduated high school and went to
college for a semester before joining the United States Marine Corps.
After retiring as a Gunnery Sergeant from the Marine Corps in 2003, he
became involved in politics. In 2004, he helped organize the
Constitution Party of Illinois by becoming the vice-chairman. In 2005,
he became the chairman. In 2006, he ran for Governor of Illinois as a
write-in candidate, receiving 19,020 votes, which set a record for
write-in votes in Illinois. In 2010, he ran for U.S. Senate, but was
kept off the ballot by 65 signatures. In 2012, he became the National
vice-chairman of the Constitution Party.
In 2013, he received a forwarded email advertising the recruitment of
cast members who have a VERY strong opinion about illegal immigration.
After contacting the casting company and through several interviews,
Randy was chosen as one of 6 cast members for the Borderland
documentary.
