Known for playing the role of Jacob Black in the iconic Twilight Saga franchise, actor Taylor Lautner has a tendency to turn heads wherever he goes, especially the attention of the ladies who absolutely adored his performance in the film series.
But ever since he got married to his wife, who is surprisingly also named Taylor, both of them have seen a change in the Tsa’s way of treating them.

Universal’s “Dark Universe” may have gone up in flames right out of the gate, but that’s not stopping other studios from (unofficially) making their own Universal Monsters mashups.
All the classic monsters unite to brawl in The Asylum’s Monster Mash, which is coming to select theaters as well as VOD outlets at home on the same day, Friday, March 29, 2024.
Who brings them all together, you ask? Michael Madsen, of course!
In Monster Mash, “A dying Dr. Frankenstein is determined to meld the world’s strongest monsters into a singular, unstoppable creation. Now the monsters—including Dracula, Werewolf, and the Invisible Man—must work together to stop him before it’s too late.”
The film will be opening theatrically in the following locations:
Laemmle – Glendale, California Hickory Ridge Cinemas – Brunswick, Ohio Trylon Cinema – Minneapolis, Minnesota O Cinema – South Beach, Miami, Florida Aurora Cineplex – Roswell, Georgia

When the moon is full the legend comes to life. Awhooooooo!
Sad as we are to end our Werewolf Waltz so soon, we’re closing another chapter in the Graveyard Smash podcast series, talking about our favorite dog boy, as portrayed in The Wolfman (2010). Doomed from the start (as all werewolves are) this modern retelling of the Universal Monster classic offers up Academy Award winning makeup, and some killer wolfy mayhem….amidst a deeply confused story. Anthony Hopkins gave it his all, Benicio del Toro gave it some more, and yet- The Wolfman is far from perfect. Oh, Emily Blunt is here too lol.
Look, it’s easy to dunk on this misguided remake but, honestly, it still slaps. Sure, it drops pretty much every ball it tries to put in the air, and yes, it doesn’t really know what to do with its main villain, but hot damn...

“Dancing with the Stars'” move to Tuesdays this season means that its annual Halloween night will actually fall on Halloween this year.
The top nine couples will hit the floor in costumes galore on Monster Night before facing off in the dance marathon — or Dance Monster-thon. Niecy Nash-Betts will also serve as guest judge. The Argentine tango will make its season debut via three couples, while the hustle and the Charleston are the styles for the dance marathon. The judges will tap out couples one by one during the marathon and the last couple standing will be crowned Hallow king and queen. Bonus points from the marathon will be added to the individual scores.
See the full list of dances (and costumes) below.
Individual routines
Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy: contemporary (“Game of Survival” by Ruelle) (undead)
Alyson Hannigan and Sasha Farber: paso doble (“Supermassive Black Hole” by...

This article contains spoilers for the Black Mirror episode “Mazey Day.”
Black Mirror Season 6 Episode 4
So werewolves are in Black Mirror now! Who could have seen that coming? Probably very few of us and that’s because the best narrative work in “Mazey Day” comes before the episode even actually begins.
While Black Mirror has dipped its toe in horror before, most notably in the season 3 installment “Playtest,” the first trailer for season 6 revealed that one of the upcoming five episodes would be so horror-inspired as to fall under a new “Red Mirror” label.
Notably though, the Red Mirror logo in the trailer appears before only the season 6 capper “Demon 79” and not the werewolf-saturated episode that precedes it. In a pre-season interview with Den of Geek, Black Mirror creator and this episode’s writer Charlie Brooker revealed that he went back and forth as to whether Mazey Day should get a Red Mirror branding.

Andy Serkis, the award-winning actor (“Lord of the Rings”) and filmmaker, is set to narrate the mixed reality game “Monstrorama” ahead of its world premiere at Tribeca.
The experience, slated to compete in Tribeca’s immersive category, takes players on a tour of a secret museum called Monstrorama that’s located thousands of miles underground. The museum is filled with monsters, from the Kraken to the Vampire, the Werewolf and the parasitic Tingler.
“Monstrorama” is produced by Atlas V (“Madrid Noir”) and is represented in international markets by its distribution vehicle Astrea.
Serkis, best known for playing Gollum in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy, Caesar in the “Planet of the Apes” saga, and as the titular monster in “King Kong,” said “Monstrorama” is “just the most magical immersive story.” “This project is a real leap forward as it really does contain both worlds,” Serkis continued.

The Boogeyman, directed by Rob Savage (Host) with a screenplay by Scott Beck & Bryan Woods (A Quiet Place, 65) and Mark Heyman (Black Swan), draws from Stephen King‘s 1973 short story of the same title.
Stephen King’s short takes place in a psychiatrist’s office and sees Dr. Harper engaged with patient Lester Billings in a haunting session that unpacks the mysterious deaths of Lester’s three children. Feature film The Boogeyman uses the short story as the inciting event that brings the malevolent entity that plagued Billings’ home into Dr. Harper’s.
In the film, Chris Messina (Birds of Prey, Devil) assumes the role of Dr. Will Harper, a psychiatrist struggling to help his family through their collective grief, when Lester Billings (David Dastmalchian) arrives at his home office for aid. This pivotal introductory scene establishes Will Harper, the lore, and its ties to King’s source material.

Canadian director Ashley McKenzie’s two features pivot around people caught up in traps. She’s a regional filmmaker, making work based in the communities of Nova Scotia’s Cape Breton island, which is home to 132,000 people. Her 2016 debut, Werewolf, followed a couple of opioid addicts struggling to live on methadone maintenance. Her long-awaited follow-up Queens of the Qing Dynasty, opening this Friday at NYC’s Metrograph, begins with a suicide attempt by an 18-year-old girl, Star (Sarah Walker). Although she’s just begun life as an adult, she will likely require a lifetime of institutionalization, as the state has determined that it’s too dangerous for her to live on her own. She befriends hospital volunteer An (Ziyin Zheng), a genderqueer college student from Shanghai.
Most of Queens of the Qing Dynasty remains confined to the uninviting spaces of the hospital, but the final half-hour shows the possibilities of...
