Another woman has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault, and this time she’s suing his company for allegedly enabling his behavior.
In her lawsuit – filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday – actress Dominique Huett claims she first met the disgraced mogul at the bar of the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills in November 2010. She says the producer told her he could help with her acting career and asked to see her breasts, saying it would be beneficial for her career if she did not have implants.

Just in time for the election, EW has teamed with research firm Experian Marketing Services to present the favorite TV shows of Republicans and Democrats. Below are dozens of series whose audiences tend to skew heavily toward one political party or the other. To some extent, the results confirm partisan stereotypes: Dem favorites include snarky comedies like NBC's Community, Saturday Night Live, and IFC's Portlandia, liberal-messaging shows such as Comedy Central's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher, and Aaron Sorkin's The Newsroom; plus there's a dash of science-based programming like Fox's Cosmos miniseries and PBS' Nova.

Jon Stewart as “Meet the Press” host would’ve been a terrible idea — unless he did “The Daily Show” on Sunday Jon Stewart is "a supplement, a commentator, throwing stinkbombs in from the outside,” says James Poniewozik. "To put him in that Beltway-priest, neutral-insider role would have been a joke, and not the ha-ha kind. On the other hand, if NBC were hiring Stewart to replace not just David Gregory, but the idea of 'Meet the Press' itself–to create, if not a copy, 'The Daily Show,' a seriously funny issues show with a point of view and an adversarial attitude that would roast not just the guests, but the culture of Washington–now that could have been something.” Plus: Jon Stewart is a terrible interviewer who would’ve been a terrible host, Stewart’s agent wouldn’t deny the "Meet the Press' report, and...

The first major awards ceremony honoring this past year’s accomplishments on the small screen took place last night as Cedric the Entertainer hosted the 2014 Critics’ Choice Television Awards from the Beverly Hilton. I’ve always preferred the Critics’ Choice Awards to the Emmys, just because my views tend to line up more with the members of the Broadcast Television Journalists Association. This year was no different, as a number of highly deserving actors, actresses and shows were honored.
Allison Janney was the clear winner last night, taking home two Critics’ Choice TV Awards. The actress won Best Guest Performer in a Drama Series for her devastating work on Showtime’s Masters of Sex and also tied with Orange is the New Black actress Kate Mulgrew for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance as the title character on CBS’s Mom.

AMC has ordered a pilot for a Kevin Smith talk show. The weekly show would adapt Smith’s podcast Hollywood Babble-On for TV which Smith describes as “Entertainment Tonight but filthy.”
Think you’ve seen Kit Harington naked thanks to that Game of Thrones scene in that rock pool? In a GQ profile, Harrington admits that scene featured a butt double. “I had a broken ankle… so the only time you saw my ass, it wasn’t my ass.” Instead a crew member with curly black hair and a great backside was asked to get a haircut to match Harrington and fill in.
The abs are definitely real, tho.
Get ready for another Joss Whedon alum to show up on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Amy Acker will appear as a woman with a key role in Agent Coulson‘s past, reports TV Guide.

She’s never in one place for too long, and last night (March 5) Heidi Klum caught a departing flight at Lax International Airport.
The “Project Runway” hottie looked beautiful as always, opting for a casual ensemble that included a black jacket over a sequined black designer top with distressed jeans, a studded belt and black heeled boots.
And it sounds like Heidi has been playing quite a bit of tonsil hockey as of late, as she was observed making out with Demi Moore’s ex-boyfriend Vito Schanbel at 1Oak Nightclub over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Klum also met up with her ex-husband Seal at the Heritage Auction House in Beverly Hills on Tuesday and she definitely planted a smooch on his smacker before saying goodbye.

There's a new man in Heidi Klum's life. The Project Runway host, 40, kicked off Oscar weekend at the Weinstein Company pre-Oscars Party in Beverly Hills on Saturday night with Vito Schnabel around 11:30 p.m. As Klum, who wore a floor-length printed dress and leather jacket, stood at the base of the stairs in an attempt to gain access to the VIP area of the party, she exchanged long kisses with Schnabel, 27. After being denied access to the section of the event, Klum exited to an outdoor area with four girlfriends to enjoy a few flutes of champagne. "She was definitely enjoying herself,...

If there's a major Hollywood event, you can bet Heidi Klum will be there and tonight she didn't disappoint as she stepped out to the 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards (January 12).
Clad in darling designer duds, the “Project Runway" host greeted her fellow famous folks outside the Beverly Hilton and posed for a few photos along the way.
Given the sheer tonnage of killer performances from which to choose, the HFPA certainly had their work cut out for them when it came to picking favorites.
Cate Blanchett, Sandra Bullock, Judi Dench, Emma Thompson and Kate Winslet will all do battle in the Best Actress (Drama) department, while the Best Actor (Drama) hopefuls include Chiwetel Ejiofor, Idris Elba, Tom Hanks, Matthew McConaughey and Robert Redford.
