Jessica Olthof is Head of Production & Development at Roann Films where she also serves as the Producer on many of the projects. She is responsible for overseeing the company's slate of work from the initial pitch through delivery. Jessica has produced the accelerating short film "American Muscle" which premiered at the Los Angeles Indie Film Festival. Her most recent production "Breakfast" (dir. Nick Martinez) is an adaptation of John Steinbeck's "Breakfast" from The Long Valley.
Jessica began her career as a camera assistant working on over 15 feature films, eventually moving over as production coordinator for Revek Entertainment. Recently, she coordinated the notable feature Palm Springs starring Andy Samberg and JK Simmons, which was the highest sale of a film at Sundance. The film set the opening weekend record by "netting more hours watched over its first three days than any other film" in Hulu's history. She also coordinated, The Starling, helmed by Director Ted Melfi and starring Melissa McCarthy, Chris O'Dowd and Kevin Kline set to release on Netflix in 2021. In 2019, she was the production coordinator on Khalid's feature, Free Spirit, in conjunction with Sony Music, and Paramount's feature, The F-it List, now available on Netflix. During her time at Revek Entertainment, she was hired to coordinate LA Units for films such as, The Banker, Voyagers, Molly's Game, and Spivak for companies like Apple, Netflix, AGC, and many more.
Jessica will continue to Produce independently, while also focusing on expanding Roann Films' slate of narrative and branded content work. She is based in Los Angeles.
