Ianna R. Miolan Cruz, was born to J. Walter Thompson Public Relations Aida and Rafael Miolan in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She attended Parsons School of Design, University of Phoenix, "Escuela Diplomatica y Consular de la Republica Dominicana", and Lancaster University (in the United Kingdom). Ianna has taken part in over 15 commercials in the Caribbean, and produced (and hosted) her first TV program "Stylos" ("House of Style" the latino version) for Juan Luis Guerra's music channel in the Dominican Republic in the 1990's. After that she interned at "UNIVISION" where she went on to become a Producer for "Despierta America"/ "Caliente" TV programs.
Ianna has had many other rewarding jobs as sales coordinator, an executive assistant, and wrapping presents for a living. You do what you need to do to hang in there!
In 2013, she wrapped "Cabin Fever: Patient Zero", where she Production Managed the Feature Film. She also spent a year working for the Film Commission in the Dominican Republic, and worked for their Foreign Service Diplomatic Corps. She now lives in the Midwest writing screenplays among other things.
