Harley Chamandy is a Lebanese/Greek-Egyptian filmmaker from Montreal, Canada. In 2017, Chamandy was the youngest participant invited to the Black Factory Cinema Workshop
hosted by Werner Herzog and the EICTV (International School of Cinema and Television) in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. In 2018, Chamandy worked with cinematographer Stephanie Weber Biron on The Final Act of Joey Jumbler, a dramatic short film, which screened at multiple film festivals around the world. His latest short film Where It's Beautiful When It Rains was an official selection at the Fantasia Film Festival. He is currently in post-production on his feature film Allen Sunshine, which won the TRT First Cut+ Award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
