Mario Azabo is an Actor, Dancer, & Model. He started his career at the
age of five when he was taking hip-hop dance classes. By the time he
became advanced, he started holding dance classes for ages 5 - 8. He
has appeared in several music videos as a dancer or a back-up dancer.
Mario started his acting career at the age of seven. He first
auditioned for The Frog Prince and he didn't get the part. Auditions
were held for Frog Prince Continued and he got the lead part as the
Frog Prince. He then started to get into acting more and more and he
auditioned for more and more shows, movies, and even plays. Mario Azabo
(born January 10, 2000) is 12 years old. He started acting since he was
7. He started in live theater in 2007 in "Frog Prince Continued" as the
Frog Prince. This was held by the company "Literature Comes To Life."
In 2008 he starred as John Hancock (Young Version) in "Boston Tea
Party" also held by "Literature Comes To Life." In 2009, he starred in
Nickelodeon's hit show, True Jackson VP as a crazy fan. In 2010, he
starred in iCarly in the episode iGot A Hot Room as one of the painters
when Carly Shay's (Miranda Cosgrove) room burns down, her brother
Spencer Shay, (Jerry Trainor) is determined to fix her room and make it
a much, much better one. In 2011, he starred in his own TV Show that
aired 10 episodes on it's first and final season. It was on KPBS as a 2
week show. The episodes would come out every week-day in the 2 weeks it
was out. Mario played the lead role "Johnny Tremain" telling about the
history of the Revoulotionary War. In 2012 he starred in a
movie called "Tears" directed by Karli Morgan. He is played the lead role of James
Blunt.
In June 2012, Mario signed a contract with Cajon Valley Productions, a new and upcoming production company that produced the show that starred Mario as the title character, "Logan." After this role, he worked on R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour, a popular show on The Hub, and Game On!, a show based on teenagers and their addictions with apps and video games. Mario landed the lead role of Rex Maganti on Cajon Valley Productions' "Blood" that is set to air November 2013.
