Twenty years is a long time -- for a relationship or a TV series like Grey's Anatomy. Just when you think there's nothing more to do, surprise!
Fans continue to tune into Grey's every season for the latest medical cases, relationship drama, and robust storytelling.
We don't get as much Meredith these days, but there is still enough to satisfy viewers, including the relationship mishaps with her new love interest.
While the show doesn't have the same pizzazz and character compatibility as it did in the early years, there is plenty of relationship messiness to entice fans.
But no matter how great -- or bad -- things get at Gsm, some relationships have happened in the last 20 years that fans will never forget. And some never got the ending they deserve.
Here is a list of our favorite on-screen Grey's Anatomy 'ships of all time.

Body Cam Audio From Garrison Brown’s Suicide Released
Officers enter Garrison Brown’s apartment in the audio. You can hear the moment that they discover the TLC star’s body in his room. One officer mentions that he has moved a gun that was in Garrison’s lap to provide medics with access to his body.

Unfortunately, we’re not going to get to see what two-person leaps look like: Quantum Leap has been canceled after two seasons, TV Insider has confirmed. The NBC series following the original series starring Scott Bakula premiered in 2022. Physicist Ben (Raymond Lee) was working on the Quantum Leap accelerator when he surprised the rest of the team—fiancée Addison (Caitlin Bassett), Magic (Ernie Hudson), Ian (Mason Alexander Park), and Jenn (Nanrisa Lee)—by leaping (when it was supposed to be Addison). But the Season 2 finale saw them figure out the code that could bring Ben home, so he would stop leaping from person to person to right wrongs, only someone would have to trade places with him. Addison volunteered, but rather than Ben coming home, the two reunited in the past, setting the stage for two-person leaps. “Whenever you’re doing seasons of television, most of the time you don...

When Grey’s Anatomy burst onto the scene and washed over the competition in 2005, Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith Grey was front and center.
That all changed in 2023 when the original star departed as a series regular, dropping down to a recurring status.
As promotional material for Grey’s Anatomy Season 20 has trickled out, Meredith has been heavily featured in scenes that highlight her return to Seattle.
Beyond that, there was no confirmation of how long Pompeo would be on-screen.
Until now.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the beloved actress will appear in at least four episodes of the strike-shortened season.
Could Ellen Pompeo return for more episodes of Grey’s Anatomy Season 20?
Four episodes of a 10-episode season isn’t bad, but the outlet notes that Pompeo may appear in more than that.
At the time of her departure, Pompeo was set to produce and star in a limited series for Hulu.

Ben (Raymond Lee) and Addison (Caitlin Bassett) likely aren’t going to be ready to work together again for a while on Quantum Leap. Season 2 began with Ben finding out that while for him, between jumps, no time passed, it had been three years for his team back home. As a result, the project was shut down. Everyone thought he was dead, and Addison moved on with Tom (Peter Gadiot), who is now also working with them at Quantum Leap. Things got rocky between Ben and Addison as she remained his hologram despite their personal tension — for a bit, at least. Now, the others, including Tom in the most recent episode, are stepping in to be the hologram. “What happened [prior to the latest episode] was really damaging in a way where I don’t know that Ben’s really unpacked it yet. And there’s no book on relationships that deals with this specific thing,...

The Holidays are supposed to be the time to relax with loved ones, but Fellow Travelers Season 1 Episode 4 proves that Christmas and the festivities that come with it rarely hold up to what you envision in anticipation of the big event.
Beginning the hour with a man walking into oncoming traffic after likely having his whole career thrown away because of suspicions about his sexuality was a choice. Still, as heartbreaking as it was, it underpinned the urgency of Hawk's plight.
Hawk has largely lived how he sees fit, sleeping with who he wants and facing zero consequences.
It wasn't too long ago he was called bulletproof because of his close ties to Senator Smith, but there's an immediate sense of dread in Hawk when he finds the letter summoning him for an interview.
A part of him understood that his life, as he knew it, could be over, but...

In Ben’s second encounter with Hannah on Quantum Leap, he helped her prevent Nazis from using Albert Einstein’s secret formula to alter history, revealed that he was a time traveler and kissed her midsentence in an effortlessly romantic gesture.
Wednesday’s eventful leap to Princeton University in 1955 also placed Ben in the awkward situation of working alongside Tom, the army man who currently oversees the Quantum Leap project and happens to be dating his ex-fiancé Addison. He wasn’t exactly thrilled about it, but their forced proximity delivered several amusing moments and showcased a different side to the usually optimistic time leaper.

Throughout the happenings at Princeton in 1955, there's an insidious feeling that Quantum Leap Season 2 Episode 6 will grow in significance as the season progresses.
On the surface, it's an exciting quest adventure, marrying the historical enchantment of the National Treasure franchise with the life-threatening pursuit by universal baddies of the Indiana Jones adventures.
But it also includes several pivotal moments for Ben and the Quantum Leap team as the secret of time travel has been revealed, and major events are set in motion.
Of course, there have canonically been others who have known about Ziggy and Quantum Leap. The O.G. series had Lothos and its Evil Leapers. Even Quantum Leap Season 1 had Martinez and his murderous military/government bosses. And, of course, there's Janis and Beth Cavalicci.
But sharing the secret of quantum time travel has always been understood by the team as something they cannot share outside the inner circle,...

Rupees are a surprisingly valuable resource in Tears of the Kingdom. While you will be able to scrounge most of what you need throughout the game, some incredibly valuable items (including armor) can only be acquired with Rupees. Unfortunately, Rupees aren’t always easy to come by…unless you know how to farm them, of course.
Here are the best ways to farm and earn Rupees during every major part of your Tears of the Kingdom adventure.
Tears of the Kingdom: Early Game Rupee Farming Methods
There aren’t a ton of true “farming” methods available during Tears of the Kingdom’s earliest hours. Instead, you’ll want to rely on a few fairly painless Rupee earning methods to earn the capital (and resources) needed to work your way toward the other farming methods we’ll be talking about.
So far as that goes, here are the best things you...
