After making her Bollywood debut opposite Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush in Shamitabh, Akshara Haasan is all set to switch to direction. The actress has now decided to assist filmmaker T K Rajeev Kumar for her father Kamal Haasan's film Sabaash Naidu, to be retitled in Hindi as Sabaash Kundu.
The said film is a trilingual with Kamal Haasan reprising the role of Balram Naidu from the film Dasavatharam which released in 2008. Starring with her father for the first time is also actress Shruti Haasan, who according to reports, will play an important role but the details of the same haven't been divulged. The film will simultaneously be shot in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
Popular Bollywood actors like Farida Jalal, Saurabh Shukla among others will be a part of the film. Slated to be extensively shot in U.S, the music will be composed by music maestro Ilayaraja.

The Chachi 420 actors comprising of Kamal Haasan and Paresh Rawal, would be coming together once again after 18 years in a Hindi-Tamil bi-lingual that would see Kamal and his daughter Shruti Haasan playing father and daughter.
