Marcy Roche is an American actress of Cuban-Irish descent. Marcy was born in Rockville, Maryland on December 10, 1986 on the outskirts of Washington DC area. Her parents were both dedicated federal employees who served as agents, intelligence officers, and security professionals. Marcy moved to Miami, Florida in 1988. She caught the acting bug after watching Singing in the Rain and since then she was fascinated by acting, musicals, and the power of film. Marcy began her training by attending the Coconut Grove Playhouse in Miami, and continued her acting preparation during weekends and summer sessions while completing her academic education. Marcy Roche pursued her bachelor's and graduated from Florida International University Cum Laude with major in Psychology and double minor in Theater and Hospitality Wine Studies. She then continued her graduate studies with a Master's in Counseling with Mental Health and Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University. While at Barry University, she continued with her theater studies. Marcy then dedicated her studies to film and theater. She applied and got accepted into the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in West Hollywood. Marcy graduated both from Lee Strasberg's Two Year Conservatory Program and Second City Improvisation & Conservatory Program. She has also attended classes with Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), and is a graduate of the Atlantic Acting School. Marcy Roche has participated in major films, television shows, telenovelas, and Evans Production web mini-series "Dirty Deals" that earned her SAG card. Marcy Roche is a member of SAG-AFTRA, Actors' Equity Association (AEA) and Guild of Italian American Actors (GIAA).
