Craig , more commonly know as "CJ", began his career in London in 1986 as a runner at a post production facility called Moving Picture Company, quickly moving up to VT Operator , assistant video editor and video editor when he moved to Wiseman's Post Production.
He came to South Africa in 1993, where he joined Six Street Studios in Johannesburg initially then moved to Cape Town where he became the senior video editor of the newly opened Six Street Studios in Cape Town. Six Street Studios then changed it's name to Refinery as it is commonly known to this day. He joined a company called Intellvision in 1998 with them being the first post company in South Africa to be investing in digital post production.
Craig then decided on a change in his focus from post to production and joined a production company called Cape Africa Boomtown in 2001 as a Line Producer and then became Partner in the newly formed company Boomtown Films shortly thereafter. Boomtown Films as it is now known has been in operation since 2003.
