At Risk Entertainment in association with Collective Development Inc. just released their first collaboration “Locked in a Room” on March 7th. The horror thriller has domestic distribution with Echo Bridge Entertainment who also handles much of Lionsgate & Miramax’s home video library. The independent horror film "Locked In A Room", will be released Thursday March 7, 2013 by Beverly Hills based Echo Bridge Entertainment. "Locked In A Room" was written and directed by Detroit filmmaker Larry Simmons, who also produced the film with Gordon Djordjevski, DJ Perry, and Phyllis Larrymore Kelly. The film was shot in Detroit by At Risk Entertainment, a Michigan based production company ran by Simmons. At Risk Entertainment collaborated with Lansing based Collective Development Incorporated in producing "Locked In A Room". The film stars Robert Miano ("Donnie Brasco"), DJ Perry ("Darkest Night"), and introduces Detroit actress Lindsey Sullivan. First Details on Alice D: “In the early 1900′s the Davenport House was a famous and successful brothel, until a young prostitute named Alice killed herself there. After her death, the brothel became haunted by Alice’s ghost, and was eventually abandoned. One hundred years later, the old structure is renovated into a beautiful mansion. It is still rumored to inhabit the ghost of Alice. Despite this, the new owner; the rich and arrogant heir to the Davenport fortune, decides to throw a wild party for his first night in the house.

In his first feature film for four years, TV's Person of Interest star Jim Caviezel is back on the big screen this weekend in new release Transit.
Billed as a "high-octane, explosive action thriller", Transit comes from producer Joel Silver (Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, The Matrix) and After Dark Films and is released by G2 Pictures.
It stars Caviezel (The Thin Red Line, Passion of the Christ), James Frain (Tron: Legacy, True Blood), Elisabeth Rohm (Abduction, Heroes), Diora Baird (30 Days of Night, Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning) and Harold Perrineau (Lost, The Matrix Reloaded) and is directed by Antonio Negret (Seconds Apart).
Just out of prison, Nate (Caviezel) needs to regain his family's trust and decides to take them on a road trip.
His plans take a turn for the worst when criminals covertly stash $4million from a deadly bank heist in his car, with the aim of collecting it...

DJ Perry is one busy guy for sure! Not only does the guy act but he takes care of business and produces and writes as well. His IMDb reads like a book. Perry has many recognizable projects under his belt with some cool ones in the works, including an upcoming 3D offering. Collective Development's production Locked in a Room recently completed shooting with help from At Risk Entertainment. The film hosts an assortment of genre favourites including Carlucci Weyant (Karma), Rae'Ven Larrymore Kelly (The Preacher’s Kid), Robert Miano (Donnie Brasco), Dean Teaster (Dean Teaster’s Ghost Town), and DJ Perry (An Ordinary Killer). Distribution has not been confirmed yet, but expect this film to be available in the fourth quarter of 2010 (a prediction).

The 67-year-old American actor, known for his many mobster roles, was in 2009's Fast & Furious and starred alongside Al Pacino and Johnny Depp in 1997's Mafia drama Donnie Brasco.
