After opening at number one over the Labor Day holiday, War Room was number 3 at the U.S. box office this past weekend and now stands at $40.5 million worldwide. 90 Minutes In Heaven debuted at number nine with a strong $2.2 million in ticket sales. Focus Features has revealed the first trailer for the new faith-based drama "The Young Messiah" which deals with the early life and upbringing of Jesus Christ and is based on the novel "Christ the Lord" by "Vampire Chronicles" author Anne Rice.
The story follows a seven-year-old Jesus and his family as they come to a fuller understanding of his divine nature and purpose. Sean Bean, David Bradley, Jonathan Bailey, Isabelle Adriani, Christian McKay and Adam Greaves-Neal star and the film opens March 11th 2016.
