We recently learned that this year’s four-way Arrowverse crossover would be “Crisis On Earth-x,” featuring the heroes of Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl uniting to take on their evil doppelgangers from Earth-x. The news about the crossover also confirmed that Barry Allen and Iris West would finally tie the knot during the event. A new set photo, however, reveals that another couple could be getting hitched at the same time.
A snap from Canadagraphs seems to depict a double wedding ceremony for Barry and Iris… and Oliver and Felicity! The Tweet confirms that this photo was taken during filming for the Legends of Tomorrow episode of the crossover, which will wrap up the storyline.

“Arrow” Season 5 is all about building a new Team Arrow, as the first trailer for the return of the CW superhero drama suggests. The first trailer was unveiled Saturday during the show’s panel at the San Diego Comic-Con. After the death of the Black Canary (Katie Cassidy) in Season 4, Oliver Queen’s (Stephen Amell) close circle of superheroes mostly disbanded, Thea (Willa Holland) and Diggle (David Ramsay) both leaving town, with only Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) still by his side as he accepted the role of Mayor of Star City. The fourth season of "Arrow" (which premieres October 7 on The CW) is all about resurrection as Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) reinvents his superhero persona, Thea (Willa Holland) deals with the after-effects of The Lazarus Pit, and a character from a canceled TV show is back to help in resurrecting someone else.
Here are six things you need to know about the new season of "Arrow."
1. Arrow Is Dead! Long Live the New Arrow!
Everyone thinks Arrow was Roy (Colton Haynes) and Oliver Queen is not about to resurrect his alter ego. As Amell told TV Line. "Roy outed himself as the Arrow, so if I were to recreate the suit and go out, it would undo all of the sacrifice that he made. So the Arrow persona, for better or for worse, it can't exist anymore." However, Queen (as Green Arrow?) is back with a bitchin' new outfit because he's...

After years of running about fighting crime with his face on show, Arrow's Diggle finally gets a superhero outfit...
Mr John Diggle - a man so selfless and bad-ass that he fought crime pretty much non-stop for three years without bothering to don a superhero costume, come up with a cool name for himself, or generally go looking for any credit. To be fair, he had a lot of other stuff going on.
If you're reading this article, you'll probably be glad to hear that he'll finally put on a super suit in Arrow season 4, taking Oliver's advice from last season's finale. Here's the first image...
The internet is hotly discussing which DC Comics superhero mantle David Ramsay's Diggle might be taking up. And no, Magneto isn't a very helpful suggestion. The front-runners at the moment are shield-wielding Guardian or his fellow helmet-wearer Gangbuster.

Arrow at Comic-Con: Get Scoop on a Two-Hour Flash Crossover, Oliver and Felicity's Romance and More!
Get ready, Arrow fans, because all your dreams are coming true. Felicity and Oliver's first date (*internal screaming*) isn't the only thing coming to Starling City for season 3, as we learned at today's San Diego Comic Con panel, featuring Stephen Amell, John Barrowman, Colton Haynes, Paul Blackthorne, David Ramsay, and Willa Holland, along with executive producers Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg, and Greg Berlanti. While season two ended on a relatively happy note, compared to the death and destruction at the end of season one, Oliver's "happy ending" isn't going to last for long, as the third season will explore the price of his victory, according to the show's...

I'm not sure I understand everything in that panel for "The Originals," but I live-blogged it anyway. I definitely understood the "H20" question for Phoebe Tonkin. But anywho... When last we left Oliver Queen and "Arrow," the Flashback Oliver had awakened in Hong Kong, Slade was in a SuperMax prison after Felicity and Oliver flirted their way into stopping him and Thea was leaving town. Let's see what Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, Marc Guggenheim and the "Arrow" cast have to say about what's in store for Season 3... Click through for all of the Ballroom 20 excitement... 5:36 p.m. We're promised we're going to leave her more informed and more excited than we were before. 5:38 p.m. Woo. Season 3 sneak peak. Boom. Boom. Boom. This is all from last year so far. Deathstroke. Poor Moira. Etc. "A man cannot live by too names," Oliver is being told by somebody in Hong Kong.

So there’s going to be a female cast equivalent of this, right? Fingers crossed! Until then, get a load of the men of the CW’s “Arrow” Season 2 looking all shirtless and buffed and shiny and, well, manly. I wonder if there are private gyms for these guys on the show’s set. There has to be, right? Shirtless and accounted for are “Arrow” star Stephen Amell, his would-be sidekick Colton Haynes, his confidant David Ramsay, and his mentor Manu Bennett, who may or may not eventually become Deathstroke. At this point, who knows. One thing’s for sure: the show’s second season continues to pile on the villains from the D.C. comic books, though all of them unpowered. For now, anyway. Once the Flash shows up, all that no-powers stuff will be going out the window, I reckon. “Arrow” Season 2 shoots back onto TV sets this October 7th.

Saying goodbye to a favorite character when he or she is killed off of a TV show is always tough for the audience -- but behind the scenes, it can be rough on the team behind the show, too.
When Colin Donnell found out that his character, Tommy, would die in the "Arrow" Season 1 finale, he was understandably surprised... as was series lead Stephen Amell.
When they learned about Tommy's fate, Donnell and Amell met for coffee to commiserate. "It was -- words that you can't say on TV," Amell says. "Credit to [Colin], not that he wasn't professional before, because he was, and he was a wonderful actor before, but you can do what he did which is step it up and kill it, no pun intended, for the rest of the season. He really stepped up his game."
It's clear that Donnell was far from expendable to the rest of the "Arrow" cast.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how you do a first season!

So what's in store for Season 2? The cast and executive producers aren't spilling much, but we managed to wring a few vague teases out of E.P. Andrew Kreisberg and series star Stephen Amell.
1. More Deadshot! If you were wondering what happened to Diggle's vendetta against Floyd Lawton, the assassin murdered his brother, rest assured that it's still burning him up. "Diggle's pursuit of Deadshot is going to be a big part of Season 2," Kreisberg reveals. Arrow star David Ramsay has spoken about a twist in the most recent episode. 'Lone Gunmen' saw Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) reveal his secret identity to his bodyguard John 'Dig' Diggle (Ramsay). "Oliver can't do it all alone," Ramsay explained to TVLine. "Ultimately, he needs him. And Diggle has to make a decision about that and what he's going to do with that information. "When he reaches out to Diggle, it's something that's planned. He thinks this is the best thing for him." However, Ramsay stressed that viewers should not expect to see Diggle become Oliver's "sidekick" in future episodes. "He looks like (more)...

When a pilot is as successful as the first episode of "Arrow" -- which was both critically lauded and a ratings hit -- we sometimes worry that it's peaked too early and that subsequent episodes might not live up to its promise. Luckily, we don't have to be concerned about that with this show. The second episode of "Arrow" was as compelling as the first, and this week's third installment, titled "Lone Gunman," proves that the show didn't need any time to find its footing.
Written by bosses Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg, and directed by Guy Bee (one of our fave directors in the genre), it's no wonder that "Lone Gunman" is so effective. Early on in the episode, Oliver (Stephen Amell) -- as Arrow -- is attempting to scare some sense into one of his marks, when suddenly the man is shot to death by a sniper,...

As once great newspapers such as the Chicago Tribune and Denver's Rocky Mountain News go to the wall or to the internet, the staff of the New York Times media section keep an eye on the state of the press, ask such questions as "What would America be like without the Times?", wonder where journalism will be in a decade or so, and look at the interface between bog standard and blog standard. This is a thoughtful fly-on-the-wall documentary that anyone concerned with the future of democracy should see. As David Ramsay wrote in his 1789 History of the American Revolution: "In establishing American independence, the pen and the press had a merit equal to that of the sword."
