Sesame Street is relying on talent from the Warner Bros. Discovery neighborhood for three upcoming specials on Max.
Guest stars from Food Network and HGTV will be part of special programming with the theme of giving back, featuring some of Sesame Street’s most famous residents including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Oscar The Grouch and more.
Sesame Workshop’s head of creative Kay Wilson Stallings says the 22-minute episodes mark “the first unscripted specials where we go into the community to help children and families.”
“Whether it’s holding a bake sale to raise money for a cause, turning trash into treasure to spotlight an animal shelter, or remodeling an underfunded theater classroom, all three specials stress the importance of kindness, teamwork, being resourceful and helping others,” said Wilson Stallings, executive vp, chief creative development and production, in a statement released Thursday.

“Morning Joe” hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough sparred about whether or not Democrats are itching to replace President Joe Biden with a different candidate in the next presidential election.
Thursday’s episode began with a discussion about a new poll in which Trump leads in the GOP primary by more than 10 points over rivals Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley. Noting that Trump is proposed to have a wide positive margin in the primaries but a more difficult time clinching the win for the general, Scarborough broke the poll down by making a comparison to Biden.
“I find the most fascinating thing about this presidential race is, you have the presumptive nominees in both parties – one a sitting president – with people in their own party going, ‘I like him, I’m very grateful for what he’s done – I hope we can find someone else,'” Scarborough said, in reference to Biden and Trump.

Republican South Carolina senator Lindsey Graham had a lot to say on how the United States, specifically President Joe Biden, should respond after a Russian jet collided with a U.S. drone over the Black Sea.
“We should hold them accountable, and say that if you ever get near another U.S. jet flying in international waters, your airplane will be shot down,” Graham said while visiting Fox News’ “Hannity” on Tuesday. “What would Ronald Reagan do right now? He would start shooting Russian planes down if they were threatening our assets. American foreign policy is in free fall.”
Graham continued, claiming that BIden’s weakness simply prompts more international aggression, particularly from Russia.

Ken Jeong is known for taking big swings with his guesses on “The Masked Singer,” and this week is no different. But at least this time, he has some moral support from Oscar the Grouch.
Yes, Wednesday night’s episode brings quite a few guests to the show, including Oscar and his Sesame Street neighbors. That’s because he, Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, and the gang all perform on the show too..
Competing on “The Masked Singer” this week is the reigning champ Squirrel — who Ken swore last week is Margot Robbie — along with new challengers Jackalope and Fairy. And Ken is already certain that Fairy is Angelina Jolie.
You can watch TheWrap’s exclusive sneak peek of the episode in the video above.

The upcoming presidential campaign is underway as Republican hopefuls made stops in Iowa over the last few days, including former President Donald Trump.
Trump spoke to a crowd in the Hawkeye State and took swipes at every one from Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to his former Vice President Mike Pence. These digs by Trump prompted Jimmy Kimmel to spend a good part of his monologue on Tuesday night saying he’s looking forward to a campaign debate between Trump and Pence.
“I have to say, I can’t wait to see Pence debating Donald Trump,” Kimmel said. “It’s going to be like Elmo versus Cocaine Bear.”
