Chris Brown is once again facing charges. TMZ reports that Brown was arrested and charged with felony assault this morning in Washington DC. Brown, 24, punched a man in the face at the W Hotel. The man was hospitalized and according to the tabloid website, has a broken nose. D.C. police spokesman Paul Metcalf told the AP that the incident started just before 4:30 a.m., and that Chris Hollosy, 35, was also arrested. Both Hollosy and Brown are reportedly still locked up.
