- Warmed up audiences waiting in line to see The Price Is Right in 2007 with songs that got everyone to sing along with him. Many audience members referred to him as the "Singing Page" who processed and warmed up many audiences at The Price Is Right in 2007 during Bob Barker's final season.
- Second cousins with actress Danielle Raciti and her husband, actor Brandon Douglas. Danielle is Mark's second cousin on his Mom's side of the family. Her father Frank Raciti (Mark's grandfather Anthony Cavallaro's nephew born to his sister Nancy) married his wife Marie (who was Queen in God And Country Parade in Lawrence, Mass in 1962) after high school and they soon moved to Los Angeles, CA, where Danielle was born. Danielle had appearances on Baywatch, Step By Step and Doogie Howser, M.D. while her husband had roles on Falcon Crest, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and Beverly Hills 90210.
- Auditioned for American Idol 2010 in June of 2009.

- Worked as a Studio Page at CBS in 2007 with 1990s child actor Glenn Walker Harris Jr.
- Taught by television screenwriters Paul Chitlik and Fred Rubin at UCLA.
- Taught by acting coaches John Blyth Barrymore and Amy Lyndon.

- In March of 2007, while paging at The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, he was asked to be in a backstage comedy sketch segment in the hallway with Piper Perabo and one of the assistant's who worked on the show. In the sketch, Piper told Craig's assistant that his writing was not funny and took off, and Mark comforted him, telling him "It's okay, buddy, you're still funny to me." The segment never aired.
- When he'd work on Fuller House, he'd create a Full House inspired quiz for the audience members who were loyal fans of the original and others who had at least been familiar with the series in some way. This would get the audience pepped up before the show, familiar with the original, and ready for the taping of the revival series.
- Following the success of his trivia out in line with the Fuller House audience (based on the original Full House and its revival Fuller House), Mark created and did trivia out in line for the audience of Girl Meets World (based on both that series and Boy Meets World), and also did trivia with the audiences at 2 Broke Girls, The Ranch, and Undateable while they waited out in line to see tapings of the series'. In 2018, when the Roseanne spin-off The Conners started filming at Warner Bros, Mark did trivia out in line for the audience of that show based on the Conner family from Roseanne.
- One of 50 candidates interviewed in March of 2005, shortly before he graduated from Merrimack College by Professor Richard Walter for admittance into UCLA's MFA Program in Screenwriting. Though he was not admitted, Mark was told at the interview that UCLA only interviews the best of the best of their submissions each year and even those not admitted in the end should not feel bad as it is a great accomplishment even getting that far into the running! As it turns out, most students who submitted to the MFA each year at UCLA for Screenwriting, the majority of the 25 or so come from the Professional One Year Certificate Program, which one needs a college degree to be accepted into and because the faculty are already familiar with them as they know them from the program.
- In early 2009, Mark was told by his mother she received a phone call from a crew member named Bill Beck on the series Glee. Bill informed her that they were trying to get hold of Mark to be in an episode of the series. Mark, off the bat, got all stressed out, realizing that since he started going on the internet back in 1998 and from you tube videos and other postings he'd publicly post in the mid 2000s, that many people had stalked him, knew his home phone number in Mass which had been called before and pranked, and that an elitist, exclusive and vulgar Red Sox group named Sons Of Sam Horn had been stalking him since the summer of 2005, prior to his moving to Los Angeles, throwing down his every accomplishment such as losing weight between 2003-2004 and getting an interview to UCLA for the MFA in screenwriting and getting into the professional program instead which they labeled as a "joke" and any schmuck could get into. As time went on, Mark researched online on the series Glee, and got legitimate info on the casting company that handled the extras casting. On the series he was told he would be a creepy male teacher, it would be very featured, and he'd get a SAG voucher. Mark jumped at the opportunity as he loved being a weird character. Mark also remembered being an extra on the series Nip Tuck in 2007, and when he arrived for his day of work on Glee in March of 2009, they took photos of all the extras, which he remembered might have happened on Nip Tuck and that could have possibly been how he was asked to be that character as they were both Ryan Murphy productions. During the filming of the episode "Preggers", Mark recalls all the cast and crew being very friendly and Brad Falchuk, the writer/director of the episode asking him to play the role as a creepy math teacher with a secret on his mind and that he knows something secretive. This was to be Mark's first featured part ever on a TV series (with or without lines). After filming completed, Mark soon realized that Brad Falchuk was one of the members in Sons Of Sam Horn and the role was his from the get go if he wanted it. Mark did not personally know Brad, yet realized that some of the members in this Red Sox Group he most likely knew growing up in Lawrence, Mass, and going to Central Catholic, there were those who hated his sense of feeling proud of his accomplishments of goals he always wanted to reach since his high school days. As time passed, Mark would see posts on how he was "untalented" and "psycho" from this Red Sox group, as they would do to him over the years or say he was working a job he only needed the ability to breathe or was a dumb extra, prop, or imposter page at the studios, mostly out of jealousy because they were never able to obtain those jobs, ones that most people who are fans of television and film would dream, die, kill or do anything to work even once at. He also realized there was hacking going on both on his phone and computers but he could do nothing about it. After Mark's episode aired, Glee continued to air episodes into that fall, and the 13th episode "Sectionals" opened with the lines (Artie): I bet with get stuck with Mr. Sinacori as our sectionals Advisor. (Tina): Oh, the creepy math teacher? (Kurt): He's always singing when he walks down the halls. After this point, Mark would keep positive that he'd return to the show if and when they needed him. Mark stuck it out in Los Angeles up until 2019 and was around for the entire filming of Glee's series. People around him would tell him he'd most likely return if they used his last name and character like that, while members of Sons Of Sam Horn continued to stalk him online, saying he was best to fill the part because in life he's a "loner" and a "creepy psycho" and that anything he thought about his life, goals and career ambitions was "delusional". After the treatment Mark was given out in Los Angeles by many, along with the stalking and hacking from members of this Red Sox group, Mark never found a negative post from Brad Falchuk when he'd post in the group. Brad did, however, use lines Mark would say online for lines of dialogue in the show at times, and which were not copyright. In the end, and after struggling and not schmoozing, bribing or being a lying fraud in Los Angeles like the few he knew who think they "made it" while just being pee-ons in their careers, Mark looks back at the role as being just a one time thing. Perhaps he wasn't able to go back after appearing that one time. He wasn't in the union at the time. He hadn't done much. But he was willing to return any time to that role as he was willing to return to any show that needed him. To conclude, Mark's motto in the end of all of this, and from what others have told him is that it was Glee's loss they never had him back but other series' gains like Grey's Anatomy, which he worked constantly on and was featured a lot more on. Mark wouldn't have cared if there were no lines or credit. He has always been happy to work a production if and when he's needed. However, Glee was the only series where a character was inspired by him and he felt it was pretty neat to be named "Mr. Sinacori".
- Worked on many productions in Hollywood between 2007 to 2019, but overall, the shows he worked on the most were The Price Is Right in 2007, Grey's Anatomy between 2007-2014, Two Broke Girls between 2014-2017, The Ranch between 2016-2019, and Fuller House between 2015-2019.
- Mark struggled with weight gain all of his childhood, teenage years, and most of his college life. At the age of 8, he weighed in at 100 pounds, at age 13, he reached 200 pounds, and by age 20, he was maximum at 300 pounds. On May 14, 2003, Mark was hypnotized by hypnotist Jerry Valley in Methuen, Mass. His goal was to lose 100 pounds in 1 year. He reached that goal in June of 2004 by getting a treadmill and cutting out cooking with flour, butter and salt and giving up snack foods such as chips, desserts and candy. In early 2004, Mark got a home sauna and began doing body wraps at both spas and at home, consisting of muds, seaweed gels, and compression with saran wrap and using sauna suits over them while speed walking. He also began taking the then produced TrimSpa pill, stopped eating fast food, red meats, breads, and pork products, and began to use the steam room at the gym. Doing this brought Mark's weight from 200 pounds down to 150 by the end of August 2004.
- Was hit by a minivan on March 31, 2008, while crossing at Jefferson Blvd. and Cimarron St. in Los Angeles after working on an independent film as a production assistant. He flew through the air and fortunately landed safely at the curb closest to the intersection.
- In 2008, Mark was working at the Nielsen NRG company on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood. While on his breaks in March of that year, he noticed a girl sitting all by herself each day. Others would tell him to talk to her and they'd see her glancing over at him from across the room at times. Mark took a liking to this girl and thought she looked Persian. Mark kept putting off talking to her until a few days after he was hit by a minivan crossing a street. In early April of 2008, Mark finally approached her and introduced himself. Later that day Mark found out she was none other than Annette Funicello's niece. Mark, being a big Disney fan, always admired Annette, who was personally picked by Walt Disney to be a Mickey Mouseketeer in 1955 and was the most popular one of them. Throughout the summer of 2008 the two would get together at times and go places, mostly late at night such as to diners and driving around Universal City and finding the Brady Bunch house. On December 4, 2008, Mark shared his first kiss with her at the age of 26.
