Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, David's first on-screen role was a series of commercials for Airborne where he starred as Sebastian, a Fabio-esque romance novel hero, in 2008. He began as a series regular on the ABC sudser "One Life to Live" in 2009.
Since his stint in daytime drama, David has played recurring characters on "The Good Fight" (CBS), "Insatiable" (Netflix), "Constantine" (NBC), and "Deception" (NBC). He recently guest starred opposite Neil Patrick Harris in the Netflix comedy "Uncoupled".
David served as guest faculty at his alma mater Baldwin-Wallace University during the pandemic. He is also a vocal advocate and public speaker for the Alzheimer's Association.
