Magician David Copperfield is facing allegations of drugging women before sexual encounters, groping women during live performances, and behaving inappropriately with women who were significantly younger than him — including under 18 — in a new investigative piece in The Guardian.
The story contains allegations from 16 women, spanning four decades, from the 1980s to 2014. Over half of those women said they were under 18 at the time of the alleged incidents, with the two youngest victims claiming they were 15 at the time (though there was no evidence to suggest Copperfield was aware of their...

Magician David Copperfield faces allegations of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior made by 16 women, according to an investigation by the U.K. Guardian newspaper’s U.S. bureau.
The accusations include the illusionist having “drugged three women before he had sexual relations with them, which they felt they were unable to consent to,” according to the report. Half of the allegations made against Copperfield that date from the late 1980s to 2014 were made by women who insist they were under 18 years of age when they had encounters with the entertainer, with some women claiming they were as young as 15 years old.
Copperfield has faced allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior in the past. In 2018, the magician denied historical allegations of sexual misconduct. “I’ve lived with years of news reports about me being accused of fabricated, heinous acts, with few telling the story of the accuser getting arrested, and my innocence,...

The entertainment world has been rocked with the revelations from the sealed court documents related to prolific sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The document includes a bunch of names from Hollywood. Michael Jackson and Leonardo DiCaprio are some of the big names in the document along with politicians Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, reports Mirror.co.uk.
Stars such as Cate Blanchett, Cameron Diaz, Bruce Willis and Kevin Spacey have also been name-dropped. However, simply their mention doesn’t not imply that they have been party to any wrongdoing. The claims and association of the names to the crimes are yet to be proven in the court of law.
As per Mirror.co.uk, the judge said a handful of names should remain blacked out in the documents because they would identify people who were sexually abused. Before the unsealing, the names were listed in court papers as variants of J Doe.

“I’m going to make the moon disappear,” he told Today. “I have multiple methods to make it work. I’m just trying to keep it wondrous. That’s why it’s taken me so long.”
“It’s taken 30 years of work, that’s literally 30 years of our lives to develop it,” the magician stated. “And there’s multiple methods to make it work and I’m collaborating with Save the Children, an amazing organization to show the world the difference one person can make.”

Preparing for any role is a tough and arduous process, but preparing for something as physically intense and demanding as "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" is arguably going to be more difficult than preparing for say, the "Cheaper By the Dozen" remake. "The Rings of Power" is set thousands of years before the events of "The Hobbit," but is filled with as much fantastical action as any of the adaptations of J.R.R. Tolkien's works we've seen before. Actor Morfydd Clark is known for her roles as the titular "Saint Maud," Dora Spenlow in "The Personal History of David Copperfield," Mina Harker in "Dracula," and Sister Clara in "His Dark Materials," but her new role as Galadriel in "The Rings of Power" required a completely different set of acting skills that she doesn't often get to explore.
