Justine Garrett is a writer, director, and producer for film, TV, and immersive media. Most recently, she wrote and produced Groundworks, a documentary about California Native American artists that aired on PBS, and she directed and produced the Captain Me musical kids' TV series about finding your joy.
An experienced science communicator, she received an Emmy Award for her research and production work on the documentary No Greater Love about organ donation. She co-wrote the immersive show Transmission, about a family grappling with a mysterious, interstellar messages, which was part of the Edinburgh Fringe FuturePlay Festival and Future of Storytelling Festival in New York.
