Take Robert Englund out of A Nightmare on Elm Street or recast Chucky for the next Child’s Play and the fans will cry blasphemy, but hire someone new to play Michael Myers in Halloween and most longtime viewers will have no problem adjusting to the change.
As evidence, we present this new photo courtesy of Sean Clark from Convention All Stars, which sees the meeting of nineteen different actors who’ve played the lead killer in the ongoing slasher saga. In the caption to his Facebook post, Clark asserts that it was quite a feat getting all these former Michaels into one room and that “you will Never see this many or more in one photo ever again.” We don’t doubt either claim, and the resulting image is enough make a slasher aficionado giddy.

Danny Lopes From WetWork Media and Clearwater Productions comes "The Locals". With The Locals, producers intend to reach out to horror fans of all ages. The Locals will play up to the moderness of the "found footage" horror sub-genre whiles seamlessly incoporating an 80's slasher angel with some cannibalism that harkens back to the popularity of this sub-genre in the 70's. The Locals will also play up to urban legends and tale talls while capturing the fondness some fans share for the VHS camcorder style of horror all in a cohesive narrative. In the process, The Locals is bound to give each different type of horror fan something to look forward to.

Actor Brandon Slagle, who recently appeared in the Mega Shark vs Giant Squid sequel Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus, and who starred in/wrote/produced the films "15 TIll Midnight" and "Song of the Shattered", both of which are premiering at the Sacramento Sci-Fi/Horror Convention in September, has announced that he will helm the dark Sci-Fi/Horror film entitled "Vivid" - which will shoot early this fall in Los Angeles and Las Vegas for a summer 2011 premiere.
The film, scripted by Slagle along with Devanny Pinn and Keith Kraft, centers of a group of individuals chosen and monitored due to their unusual neural patterns and lucid daydream readings - making them prime candidates for the Devil's army. As these subjects become aware of their place in this experiment, they soon learn the true identity of their captors...

Jesse Kozel is another talent that I include in the group I call "The Nex Gen of Horror", don't get me wrong the guy does so much more than besides horror films. He has a family film on the way and also hits the stage from time to time. With what is happening to independent film right now and the positive buzz it's getting you get a first hand look at one of the reasons why this is happening. Check out my latest "Versus" with Jesse Kozel as we cover his new projects, appearances he'll be making, how he balances acting and writing with producing and why he's such an all around great guy! And if he can hook a brother up!
Brian S- First off you have quite a few projects in the works, let's start with Alien Vengeance.
