Color Me Badd singer Mark Calderon got a heads-up his bandmate, Bryan Abrams, was a mess hours before their onstage fight ... and it came from Bryan's wife. According to Mark's statement to police, obtained by TMZ, the singer said Bryan was clearly intoxicated ahead of their show in Tyre, NY. It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from ’90s R&B band Color Me Badd, and unfortunately this isn’t a happy story. During a New York casino performance of the band’s most well-known hit, I Wanna Sex You Up, lead singer Bryan Abrams shoved his bandmate Mark Calderon to the ground onstage. Video from the...

Mark Calderon says his Color Me Badd bandmate, Bryan Abrams, was drunk as a skunk when he assaulted him, and adds ... Bryan needs something more than prosecution. We spoke to the Cmb singer Monday after Bryan shoved him to the ground Saturday during a show, for which he was arrested and booked Sunday for misdemeanor assault. Mark says Bryan was intoxicated and even heard through others that Bryan muttered ... "I'm motherf***ing Color Me Badd.

A member of the band Color Me Badd was arrested Sunday after shoving a bandmate so hard he landed in the hospital. Bryan K. Abrams was clearly pissed off about something, because after performing a song at del Lago Casino in Tyre, New York, he strutted up to Mark Calderon and, without saying a word, shoved him hard. An eyewitness tells TMZ Abrams, the lead singer in the group was having a bad night with his voice.

Brad Paisley added a country twang — and a healthy dose of wah-wah pedal — to Color Me Badd's Nineties R&B swagger during a delightfully weird performance of "I Wanna Sex You Up" on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Monday.
The performance marked the first installment in Kimmel's latest "Mash Up Monday" series, and the artists were aptly renamed "Color Me Bradd" for the occasion. Their powers blended easily together, with Color Me Badd frontman Bryan Abrams' vocals soaring over Paisley's astonishing assortment of guitar tricks.

Former Color Me Badd star Sam Watters is set to become a father again this summer - his former "American Idol" contestant wife Tamyra Gray is pregnant with the couple's first child. Gray has revealed she's due on 14 July this year.
Thrilled Watters says, "We're really excited. We don't know what the sex is yet. We're waiting to be surprised. I would love a girl, but I think it's a boy. We'll see if I'm right." He added, "She's doing yoga all the time and she eats real healthy."
"The pregnancy was a surprise so we stopped right in the middle of the album. But by no means is Tamyra like, 'I want to settle down.' This baby is going to be on the road. I'm looking forward to it."
The "I Wanna Sex You Up" hitmaker, who is now an in-demand producer, has an 11-year old son from his previous marriage.

Let the rock-off begin! Just days after the track listing and 30-second samples of Adam Lambert's For Your Entertainment were revealed, the tracks and talent roster for fellow "American Idol" alum Allison Iraheta's Just Like You have been unveiled. The list of familiar contributors to the album suggests that while Iraheta is digging into her rock roots, she's also seriously indulging her pop side as well.
Like Lambert, Iraheta tapped "Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi for some songwriting help for the LP, due out December 1. Kara penned "No One Else" with Pink (listed by her birth name, Alecia Moore) and Grammy-nominated producer/writer Greg Wells (Katy Perry, OneRepublic, Kelly Clarkson), who also contributed to Lambert's album.

To me, it’s fitting that in our lengthy conversation, actor A.J. Bowen tells me he was close to answering the phone with Tom Atkins’ famous line, “Thrill Me.” With his phenomenal facial hair (which I open the interview with) and true talent showcased in our beloved genre, I can see him attaining the heights of that classic ’80s hero. This Friday, Ti West’s much anticipated House Of The Devil reaches theaters (you can currently check it out on VOD, and you should!) where you can see Bowen in a relatively small but integral and very fun role. Punch drunk in love with the film since I saw it earlier this year at Tribeca and a huge admirer of Bowen’s excellent work in The Signal, I knew I’d have to get him talking about it all. So read on, and get excited about the lumberjack resembling future of horror,...

I didn’t think it was possible, PopWatchers, but I now love Glee even more! Last night’s episode may have even trumped last week’s season premiere. I mean, they covered Bell Biv Devoe And Color Me Badd!!! How can you Not love this show! Is it wrong that I kinda would buy an Acafellas album? I thought they were so adorable. And their renditions of “This is How We Do It,” “Poison,” and “I Wanna Sex You Up” were actually really good. But the thing that I loved most about this episode was that it gave the spotlight to characters who hadn’t had big moments yet. Matthew Morrison, for one, really came alive last night. He just showed what a charismatic performer he is. And hello Mark Salling, aka Puck. Or I guess I should say hello Mark Salling’s abs. Sweet mercy. I think it’s...
