Ezra Cooperstein is the head of sales for Maker Studios, overseeing the
development and execution of Maker Studios' business strategy as well
as the monetization of the company's digital platform.
In his short career Ezra has accomplished a significant amount. Prior
to Maker Studios, Ezra served as vice president and director of
innovations for Initiative, a large advertising agency subsidiary of
IPG. At Initiative, he was responsible for working on some of the
agency's largest accounts including Hyundai/KIA, Lionsgate Films,
Carl's Jr., and Dr Pepper/Snapple. He led numerous successful
activations including a campaign for Carl's Jr. that won Best in Show:
Integrated Online Campaign at the 2009 OMMA Awards.
Before this, Ezra worked at Al Gore's Current TV where over the four
and a half years he spent at the company, climbed the ranks from
assistant to vice president of development and programming. He
additionally was instrumental to engineering Current's innovative VC2
(viewer-created content) division.
