BollySpice brings you an exclusive interview with the Music Directors of Hey Bro ‘Nitz n Sony’ aka Nitin Arora and Sony Chandy. Film: "Queen"; Composer: Amit Trivedi; Singers: Labh Janjua, Sonu Kakkad, Neha Kakkad, Amit Trivedi, Shefali Alvares, Nikhil D'souza, Arijit Singh, Nandini Srikar, Mohan Kanan, and Rupesh Kumar Ram; Rating: ****
Directed by Vikas Bahl, "Queen", featuring Kangana Ranaut in the title role, shows her journey of rediscovering her own identity while alone on her honeymoon. The movie also features Rajkummar Rao and Lisa Haydon.
The album consists of eight tracks. Each song has its own identity, thanks to Amit Trivedi's beautiful composition and simple yet expressive lyrics by Anvita Dutt.
"London thumakda" starts the album on a very energetic note. Sung by Labh Janjua, Sonu and Neha Kakkad, it will surely make listeners.

Kangana Ranaut is making a big splash with her film Queen where she plays the vivacious character Rani, who ventures out on her honeymoon in Paris by herself. Already the promos have been creating some buzz for Vikas Bahl’s debut film for it’s fun storyline, Kangana’s charm, and of course that characteristic Amit Trivedi sound. This is the first soundtrack of the year for Trivedi, who creates a familiar breed of innovative and breezy songs that completely fit with that carpe-diem attitude of the film.
Initially, London Thumakda, sounded like a familiar riff of ‘Farukha Baadi’ from Trivedi’s other album Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, however he manages to make this one a gem to listen to. Labh Janjua is in fine form with sisters Sonu and Neha Kakkar lending him ample support with their backing verses. Janjua and Trivedi are a fabulous pair, since Trivedi...

Film: "Rabba Main Kya Karoon"; Composer: Salim-Sulaiman; Singers: Salim Merchant, Benny Dayal, Monali Thakur, Raj Pandit, Vidhi Sharma, Akash Chopra and Labh Janjua; Rating: **
With six tracks in director Amrit Sagar's movie "Rabba Main Kya Karoon", composer duo Salim-Sulaiman have tried to bring in a Punjabi flavour to the music album. It is fun, has emotions and drama, but the average quality of songs might disappoint listeners, who are used to chartbusters from the musical duo.
The album starts with "Khula saand". The way it begins, with the sarangi taking the lead in musical instruments, one would get an impression.

If you have not jumped on the Amit Trivedi bandwagon, it is highly recommended you hitch a ride soon because you have been missing out on one of the most marvelous musical experiences of this century. Having coming to the forefront with Dev D, Trivedi has been constantly blowing our minds with his wonderfully quirky and entirely entertaining compositions. 2012 has so far witnessed his Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Ishaqzaade, Aiyyaa and English Vinglish, each brilliant in its own way. Therefore, it is no surprise that we expect Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana to carry on the torch. In addition to Trivedi, Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana has Shelle (also knows as Shailendra Sondhi Singh) as its lyrist and features the vocal talents of Tochi Raina (‘Saibo’ – Shor in the City), Harshdeep Kaur (‘Katiya Karoon’) and Amit himself amongst others.

Film: "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" Music Composer: Salim-SuleimanLyricist: Jaideep SahniSingers: Sukhwinder Singh, Shreya Ghoshal, Roop Kumar Rathod, Sonu Nigam, Labh Janjua, Sunidhi Chauhan Rating: *** Yash Raj Films has roped in composer duo Salim-Suleiman for "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" and they have churned out light, warm, romantic numbers for the movie. With a few exceptions, 'Rab Ne..." may not be your album of the year but could go on to be really popular."Dance Pe Chance" doesn't sound too exciting or dance-inducing courtesy the lack of fizz in the number. While the rendition by Sunidhi Chauhan is full of gusto and zeal, the music's pace is not good enough despite ...
