Hacket Films’ dirtgirlworld has been nominated for the British Academy Of Film and Television Arts Children’s Awards as Best International Program, alongside Us shows The Penguins of Madagascar, SpongeBob SquarePants and Phineas and Ferb.
The BAFTA Children’s Awards will be held on November 28 in London.
dirtgirlworld is a Hackett Films’ production developed by James Hackett and Jean Camden, with series creator/producer Cate McQuillen (mememe productions).

Peter Kearney and James Hackett of Hackett Films
Production company Hackett Films has appointed Peter Kearney to the role of senior producer.
Kearney has moved from @radical.media, and is known for co-producing (with Jeff Darling) the 2001 award winning commercial for Jaguar – now on permanent display in the Museum of Modern Art New York. He brings 25 years of experience in the industry.

As the lines between advertising and entertainment become more blurred, Peter’s expertise is the perfect complement to our team.”
