- Christine Griffith was born and raised in Southern California. She was first introduced to acting at age five, when she participated in the drama program at The Boys and Girls Club in Huntington Beach, California. Although Christine was bit by the acting bug at a very young age, she had another passion which she devoted most of her childhood years to. By age ten, she was a competitive gymnast, training at the American Gymnastics Academy in Long Beach, California. The rigorous and difficult gymnastics training she received taught her that success is only achieved through hard work and sacrifice. Despite her busy gymnastics schedule Christine still managed to find time for acting, and by age thirteen she had already work in numerous regional and national commercials.
Christine graduated from Los Alamitos High School in 1999, where she was a member of the National Forensics League, earning the highest ranking membership degree, Premier Distinction. She earned this by competing at the National Level in Dramatic and Duo Interpretation.
In 2007, Christine landed her first lead role in the feature film Boogeyman 2 (2007) , where she played an anorexic patient in a mental health facility. Christine was a senior advanced student at Playhouse West, where she was taught by Robert Carnegie. She was in the play Welcome Home, Soldier! the first Saturday of every month; this is a play put on by the students at Playhouse West and, was in it's 18th consecutive year of production, is the longest running dramatic play in Los Angeles.
