- Before acting, Marc worked as a TV weatherman at 5 stations, including ABC and CBS affiliates in upstate New York and a now-defunct 24-hour news channel in Houston, Texas.
- As a high school baseball player, he earned the honor of being named to the All-Northern Athletic Conference's First Team during his senior year.
- Marc considers his summer stint as a drama counselor at Camp Loyaltown in Hunter, NY to be his single greatest job. The camp hosts individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Marc's early inspiration to act came, in part, from competing with four siblings for mother's attention while telling stories after school and his desire to stand out in a large extended family that included 13 aunts and uncles and nearly 60 first cousins on his mother's side.
- Marc worked for more than a year as an Instructional Aide at a school in Los Angeles for students with special needs related to autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, developmental delays, abuse, and emotional challenges. He began working in Special Education in public schools while in Milwaukee.
- Marc spent 16 months as part of the Extra Mile Acting Workshop, a film/TV scene study class led by veteran character actor Glenn Morshower. Marc began studying with Glenn at the North Hollywood studio in June 2017, and often brought in original material to workshop with scene partners.
- Marc works as a Behavior Technician using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with students on the spectrum in LA and throughout the San Fernando Valley.
