We just saw Bethenny Frankel break down in tears on her Bravo show, "Bethenny Ever After," after receiving a life-altering reported $120 million in March to acquire her SkinnyGirl cocktails brand. Now, she'll be fighting to keep that money from an ex-manager who claims he helped her develop the brand and set it up for later success.
According to THR, Frankel's former manager, Doug Wald, and his agency Raw Talent filed a lawsuit against Bethenny in L.A. Superior Court on Wednesday (May 11). The company is asking not only for the 10% it would have made off Bethenny's liquor deal, but an additional $100 million in punitive damages to "make an example" of her.
Wald claims he joined as Bethenny's manager in 2008 when she was on "The Real Housewives of New York City," found her an agency that reps reality stars and connected her to liquor industry veteran David Kanbar. Later that same year,...

HollywoodNews.com: Bethenny Frankel allegedly made a killing when she sold her Skinnygirl cocktail line for a rumored $120 million, but it seems that the deal has upset someone.
Frankel is now reportedly being sued for $100 million by Raw Talent, states The Hollywood Reporter. Raw Talent co-president Doug Wald claims that he made a deal with her that offered him 10% of her earnings.
He reports that they specifically spoke about her cocktail line that she wanted to get more attention for.
He claims he then helped Frankel partner with David Kanbar who would work on the line and then help her sell it in a few years.
Now, Raw Talent reportedly wants 10% of the sale of the line, which would be $12 million, and another $100 million in punitive damages.
There has been no comment from Frankel’s camp.
Do you think she will pay the money? Should she pay the money?

Anonymous has a modest talent business that included four managers and clients like Samuel L. Jackson, Robin Wright, Katie Cassidy, Omar Epps and Adrianne Palicki (just cast as Wonder Woman). The newcomers will greatly expand that list, and a lot of it is emerging talent. Among the actors already set to join: Sam Worthington, Paul Dano,...
