- In 1981 he sold authentic pieces of the original Hollywood Sign on original Art Deco lithographs around the world designed and created by Hank Berger, framed with a gold seal of authenticity by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. In 1986, he achieved the first trademark in history for the Hollywood Sign with the United States Trademark and Copyright Office for a line of clothing called Hollywood Clothing.
