A graduate of The Juilliard School of Drama, Chanda was born and raised
on the bayous of Louisiana in a small town called Houma. Her mother,
Charlene Moore, a social worker, exposed Chanda to art at a very young
age. Chanda first learned to express herself artistically through dance
and music. At the age of 10, she began playing the alto saxophone. It
was a hand-me-down from her brother because her mother couldn't afford
to buy a new instrument. Because she was so shy, composing music and
playing it on her saxophone was the only way that she could express her
feelings.... until she discovered Theater.

International Affairs from Marquette University and her second degree
