- Kya Garwood (Julianna Kya Garwood) is an Actor born in Yorkshire, England. In 1994 she moved to London, and trained at the Anna Scher Theatre School and Kensington & Chelsea College for Performance Arts as well as ongoing short courses at RADA, and City Academy and across the pond to Margie Haber in Los Angeles. She moved back home and became a dancer/model at the Show People Academy. In 1998 she won a local beauty pageant which then sent her off to the finals of Eric Morley's Miss Kingdom. Kya's love for the stage helped her gain work in Stephen Daldry's West End production of An Inspector Calls and at the Cockpit theatre in Frederick Stroppel's production of Package Deal. Her TV appearance includes: Dream Team [Sky] Best of British [CH4] a spoof game show. Dead Ringers and, Holby [BBC] and an upcoming AppleTV drama. - Kya Garwood was an official cast member in 24: Live Another Day but her scene alongside William Devane (President Heller) did not make the final edit and subsequently the scene in episode 12 was deleted.
- Kya appeared alongside Ian Burfield as DI Brown in 4 episodes of Eastenders, but never received a credit.
- During the filming of Mamma Mia Here We Go Again, Kya was chosen for a scene alongside Omid Djalili in which Omid who played the Greek Official has a tantrum whilst checking her passport. This was never featured in the end credits or outtakes, instead he was featured singing along to an Abba song.
- Kya's scene in the final episode alongside Callum Turner did not make the final cut. The powerful scene showing the aftermath of bombing in Germany. Kya played one of the German injured women directed by Tim Vanpatten.
