Multi-Award winning writer, Kevin Nesgoda has been writing since the
age of six. His 7 year consecutive winning streak for "Grays Harbor
Young Author's Age Group Best Short Story winner" (1989-1995) ended
when he turned 15 making him ineligible as a "Young Author". His next
writing achievements were "Western Washington High School Story Contest
Winner" (1996 and 1998), "Global Writers Writer of the Year" (2000 and
2001) and "Nyle's Best First Draft of a Sitcom" (2005).
Kevin's producing and directing started early in High School and resulted in his many projects being set as an example for "the way to make films" that is still used today. Shortly thereafter Kevin had 3 films place at the Seattle International Film Festival. The comedies: The Adventures of Gem (2000)and The Adventures of Gem 2 (2001) and the highly acclaimed drama; Alone On The Chehalis (2001).
While receiving his AA in Psychology, Kevin worked for a producer writing film scripts. Out of 6 scripts written, 5 were green lit and made into movies. While at Western Washington University, Kevin received minors in creative writing, sociology and history. He crossed the country to finish his degree at the University of Maryland. Double majoring in Psychology and Creative writing.
