Hannah Alazhar is a British Writer/Producer/Director, joint CEO of
'Smoking Guns Productions' with her co-partner, Shandé Niemann. Their
next project in development is City of Paradise, touted by many as
heralding the resurgence of rock n' roll to movies.
Gaining a place at The Arts Institute Bournemouth as a Director, Hannah won a scholarship for the Film Production/ Animation Degree, one of only six spots against over 2000 other hopefuls. In those three years she was exceedingly prolific, writing numerous screenplays and gaining experience both as a Director and Assistant Director on short films, and also as a runner in the industry on TV shoots such as Foyles War, horror movie Stagknight, and the elaborate adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera, directed by Joel Schumacher.
