Lisa Marie's family is originally from Ocean Township New Jersey. She grew up in Central Florida and lived in New York City for over two decades. She knew since the age of 5 that she wanted to be a part of work that inspires the human spirit. She made her debut on stage in catechism class at St. Joseph's Church in Central Florida by the crowning of Jesus's Mother Mary. She was active in school plays and an honor roll student. Lisa Marie moved to New York City where she would later obtain a degree in Mass Communications while on the Dean's List from Fordham University. Her theater training was acquired through Roger Hendricks Simon, Jim Brick, Gene Frankel, and Armando Diaz.
While living in New York City Lisa Marie worked on various film projects for students, stood in for principal actresses, and was a part of several theatre assembles in the five boroughs.
In 2009, Lisa Marie ran for the New York Board of the Screen Actor's Guild.
