Kevin M. Florence

Kevin Florence was born in 1950 in Martins Ferry, Ohio. The son of
Willie James and Irma Lorraine Florence, he began his love of the
Theatre and Stages via Church and Grade School. This love continues
through high school and eventually graduated as a Theatre Arts Major
from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio class of 72. In 1973 he
married Brenda Jane Naylor and she bore him 2 sons. He joined
Progressive Insurance and remained there as a Claims Adjuster
/Negotiator for 29 years. All the while he did voice-overs in the South
Florida beginning in 1980 and continuing part time until 2002 when he
left Progressive and went back to acting and voice-overs full time. He
divorced Brenda in 1987 and married Margaret Pettigrew in 1988 and she
bore him 3 daughters. In 2002 he began appearing in print ads as a
Model and TV and Radio ads as an actor and voice-over talent. Also in
that year he appeared in 2 movies, Bahama Hustle and My Big Phat Hip
Hop Family - both released in 2005. More recently he has become the
voice of Baygon Bug Spray in the Caribbean Islands, Brickell Motors in
Miami, and the Narrator of "One Water" a documentary shot in 14
countries and to be released in 2007. Kevin is presently residing with
family in south Florida and is a Ruling Elder at a local Presbyterian
Church.
