Composer, director, and pianist. Graduated with a B.Sc. in Digital Music Production at Tecnológico de Monterrey, he also holds and a specialist degree in Orchestration for Film and TV from Berklee Online College of Music and an M.A. in Cinematography Arts from Centro de Cultura Casa LAMM. He had studied and worked with some of the most important arrangers from Mexico such as Mario Santos and Rosino Serrano; and had collaborated with many other composers such as Juan Lino, Nacho Rettally, Sebastián Bell and Axel Ricco.
As a composer he had worked in several films such as "Monday Nights at Seven", "Angélica", "Emma"; some documentary films such as "Cerveza de Bolsillo"; and many short films with different directors around the world such as Alejandro Páramo, Tatiana Mizgunova, Magnolia López, Mohammad Habbal, Mauricio Abud Friederichsen, Salvador Nito among others.
He also had composed for performing arts like contemporary dance and circus. Working with artist such as Miranda Orozco, Cirko de Mente Company, Tehran Dixon, among others.
Moreover, he had composed for the largest television network in the Spanish-speaking world: Televisa; in productions such as "El Color de la Pasión", "La Voz México", "Big Brother" among others.
As an arranger and orchestrator, he had worked with the "Orquesta Sinfónica Mexiquense", with artists such as Tania Libertad, Diego Verdaguer, among many other independent artists.
He is also an active pianist who had played with some rock bands, jazz combos, and orchestras. He was the keyboardist in "Back to the Future Live in Concert" and second synth in the "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in Concert" and "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in Concert" as a member of the "Orquesta Internacional de las Artes".
Even though his main profession is the film scoring, he's also a film director that had worked in several short films such as "Stop Dreaming of Me" and "Believers".
