You know how they say “never meet your heroes?” But what if your hero lets you wear his chainsaw-hand? What then???
Such is the situation facing Brian “Q” Quinn of TruTV’s Impractical Jokers. Unlike most people born before 1980, Q has a job that regularly brings him into contact with very famous people … like Bruce Campbell. You see where this is going.

The Impractical Jokers are special. Hidden camera prank shows were nothing new when they first hit the air, but they found a way of doing it that has kept them going for over a decade. Much like Penn & Teller, the Jokers have constantly provided a brand of entertainment that everyone is used to, while finding ways to always make it feel fresh and new.
After the departure of Joe Gatto, a laundry list of celebrity guests have come in to fill some gaps. Now as Sal Vulcano, Brian “Q” Quinn, and James “Murr” Murray told Den of Geek, the list for Impractical Jokers Season 10 is growing even larger. Post Malone, Anthony Davis, and Bruce Campbell are just a few of the killer names to join in this go around. But, there is one surprise celebrity that the guys are super psyched about and we were shocked to hear about.

Exclusive: Before the three creators of TruTV’s Impractical Jokers promote the 10th season premiere of their hit unscripted comedy, Sal Vulcano, Brian “Q” Quinn and James “Murr” Murray have a confession to make: there’s actually no real meaning behind the title of their long-running sketch show. In fact, there’s nothing remotely impractical about the show’s premise, which involves the three lifelong friends embarrassing each other in public with outrageous dares.
“That name was thrust upon us in the early stages of the network,” admits Vulcano to Deadline. “We were like, who even uses the word impractical? It felt so clunky to us. To be honest, out of the gate, the show was originally called Mission Uncomfortable. When Impractical Jokers first came out, I was like, ‘we are going to be mocked roundly.’ It was the most clunky, unfunny, confusing name that I ever heard.”

The stars of Impractical Jokers sure know how to make fans laugh on truTV, and they’re bringing that infectious humor out on the road with their latest tour. Ahead of their Season 10 return in early 2023, James “Murr” Murray, Brian “Q” Quinn, and Sal Vulcano announced that they will take their comedy across 16 cities beginning in February 2023. The lifelong friends who compete to embarrass each other on the hidden camera series Impractical Jokers are promising plenty of fun for fans who pay them a visit at one of the several scheduled shows part of the “Drive Drive Drive Drive Drive Tour.” (Credit: truTV) The name for the tour comes from one of Season 9’s more memorable punishments in which Q recalls he had to drive in a car for hours while muppet-like characters “played this one 3o-second song over and over again. And that song was, ‘Drive, Drive, Drive, Drive,...

This What We Do in The Shadows review contains spoilers.
What We Do in the Shadows Season 4 Episode 5
The child which crawled its way out of the abdominal cavity of Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch) has reached that wild age where sitcom parents have to learn to jump a shark or lean into it. What We Do in the Shadows season 4 episode 5 “Private School,” bashes it in the nose with a ball peen hammer. Let that be a lesson.
Laszlo (Matt Berry) is in denial. As the ad hoc self-proclaimed caretaker of baby Colin, he feels responsible for its cultured evolution. Laszlo is putting on the brave face of a proud father, in full belief that the energy draining antics of the ever-energized young lad is the spark of something, anything, interesting. Berry puts his full and rapt focus on this conviction. It is as strong as his dedication to sex,...

Impractical Jokers will soon return for new episodes but before the season picks up on Thursday, June 16, Brian “Q” Quinn, James “Murr” Murray, and Sal Vulcano returned for a special episode, teasing the new format since Joe Gatto‘s exit. The show which revolves around the life-long best friends and comedians is going through a few changes since they’ve become an onscreen trio, most notably, welcoming celebrity guests into the mix for a portion of each episode. Viewers got a taste of this in the recent special episode that aired on April 2 during the NCAA Men’s Final Four. Eric Andre was there to support the guys by stepping in for the punishment which involved Sal. “In the new season of Impractical Jokers, every episode ends with a different celebrity guest as part of the punishment,” Murr tells TV Insider. And there are plenty of other famous faces on the horizon.
