Maria attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and HB Studio,
both in New York City. At HB Studio, she studied under the direction of the late,
great Sandy Dennis. With Sandy's encouragement, Maria began her journey
into music and comedy. Her journey continued with legendary Jazz
Pianist, Hal Schaefer.
Maria can be seen in Cabarets and clubs in the New York area. You may
also become familiar with her voice in television, radio and
instructional audio books.
Father, Frank P. Clemente, appeared on the television game show "To
Tell The Truth" November, 1963. He was one of the Barber of the Year
Imposters.
