Bouncing back after baby wasn’t at the top of Olympic swimmer Dana Vollmer‘s to-do list.
Vollmer — who is mom to Ryker Alexander, 5 weeks, and Arlen Jackson, 2 — posed nude for the inaugural Women’s Health‘s Global Naked issue while she was still pregnant with her younger son, and revealed some of the experiences she has had concerning her body both as an athlete and a mom.
“It took the disappointment of missing the Olympic team in 2008 to realize that I wasn’t happy,” says Vollmer, 29, who won three medals at the 2016 Summer Olympics after becoming a first-time mom to Arlen.

A dream came true for Prince Harry on Wednesday. He watched, beaming with pride, as wounded and sick veterans paraded in London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park at the opening of the Invictus Games - his brainchild, which he brought to fruition in less than a year. The hour-long event included a ceremonial show of military pomp and a flyby from the Raf Red Arrows, and finished with Harry, 29, emotionally saluting the servicemen and women who've given so much. "Your stories move, inspire and humble us. You prove that anything is possible, if you have the will," said Harry, himself a former pilot.

It’s not even a full weekend into the 2012 Summer Olympics and already records are being smashed by Team USA. Swimmer Dana Vollmer stole the Olympic title for the fastest time in the 100 meter butterfly heat on Saturday morning, clocking in at an incredible 56.25 seconds. She is the only woman to break the 57 second mark in the event so far, and her time is just a mere 0.19 seconds away from the world record set by Sarah Sjostrom of Sweden back in 2009.
“I’m really happy with that,” Vollmer said of her chart busting swim. “I’m always more nervous than the rest. To start off that fast is kind of a confidence-booster.” But like any champ, her goal is to go even faster, and be the first woman to break the 56 second mark in her event. Will Dana go all the way tonight for the gold and the record for the 100 butterfly?...
