Her paternal grandfather, the late Russell Clark was a Yale professor by age 29, and one of the first group of behavioral Scientists to do the 'rat maze' experiments of the 1950s, which helped him write fundamental yet revolutionary textbooks and research articles on Human Motivation, which are the basis for most modern day psychological Jungian and Freudian therapies, which brought a new understanding of the reward center of the brain. He died at age 33.
