- I saw porn for the first time at age 14 and from that point on I wanted to get into the industry. I had been slut-shamed for my sexuality in high school and the adult industry seemed like a space in which my sexuality would finally be celebrated. I waited until I was 18 years old and sent some nude photos to The Score Group in Miami, Florida. They showed interest in my natural curves straightaway and flew me to the States to begin shooting. I've never looked back.
- There is a lot of stigma attached to being a woman who embraces her sexuality regardless of whether or not she is in the adult industry. I was aware that there may be consequences of entering the adult industry. But I was also aware that there are consequences of not living an honest life, following your dreams, and indulging in your passions.
- I use my real name. It was a deliberate political move. I wanted the world to know that I was happy and proud to publicly share my sexuality. There is so much shame surrounding sex and sexuality and part of my life's mission is to help people feel confidant and comfortable about their sexual fantasies and desires.
- [on doing her first hardcore scene] It was such a rush. I had been waiting since I was 14 years old for that moment. The moment I walked onto set I knew I was doing the right thing.
- I do everything in my power to make sure I don't get anything because of my looks alone. In certain circumstances I will hide my body to make sure I'm taken seriously on an intellectual level. I covered my curves while I was at [The University of Melbourne]. I'm a multidimensional person, I'm independent, I take responsibility for my actions, and I get things done without resorting to my sexuality. The only time I really use my looks is when I'm modeling, and even then I'm expressing a feeling and living out a philosophy rather than just exposing my body.
- Webcamming is a great platform to interact with and meet fans. Plus, it's fun to be able to engage with my exhibitionist streak and masturbate with so many people watching.
- I would love to thank all of my fans for all their support over the course of my career. It really means a lot to me.
- I'm a bit of an extrovert . . . an exhibitionist, so I like the camera being there.
- [on telling her parents about her decision to pursue a career in porn] My mum wasn't that happy with it. It's taken her a little while to come around to the idea. When I told her I was going overseas to shoot porn she, like everybody else, thought the porn industry was run by seedy guys from a basement who were going to abduct and rape me. It wasn't her No. 1 choice for me, but she understands why I like it and why I want to do it. And my dad . . . I thought my dad would be really upset and my mum would be totally cool with it. It kind of was the opposite.
- I think owning your sexuality, being able to embrace your sexuality, loving that part of yourself is integral to your whole being.
- I always represent sexuality in my films as something positive.
- The only reason that I believe the [adult] industry is male-dominated is because there's so much stigma surrounding sexuality for women.
- I think the most important thing is for everybody in the [adult] industry to be making their own choices.
- We all have sexual desires and in our culture those desires are repressed or looked down upon.
- If we are able to change society's views, and see men and women as equals on the sexual playing field, then I think more women will enter the [adult] industry as directors, as producers, and as higher-ups in companies.
- Sexuality is a powerful force in my life. I never feel more alive, or more vulnerable, then when I am being overwhelmed by my senses in sexual abandon.
- [speech at the 2016 XBIZ Awards] It is a dream come true to be named the XBIZ 2016 Foreign Female Performer of the Year. It is an honor to have my DVD series "Angela" recognized and amazing to have AngelaWhite.com win Adult Website of the Year - Performer for a second year running. These awards mean so much to me. My career in the adult industry has been an incredible journey and I'd like to thank XBIZ for honoring my work with these awards.
- [speech at the 2016 AVN Awards] Thank you AVN for this incredible honor. It is so exciting to win my very first AVN Award and to win three in the same year is overwhelming. I'm so grateful to my entire crew for all their hard work and dedication during the filming of Angela 2 (2015) and Angela Loves Women (2015) and to all of the performers who shared themselves so intimately and passionately with me. I'd also like to thank my distributor Girlfriends Films and a special thanks to Star Factory PR for helping to push my brand to new markets. Of course, I'd like to extend a warm thank you to all of my family, friends, and fans for their continued love and support.
- Everything is always more complex than it appears. Yet, I've had quite a few fans "worry" about my participation in a blowbang and about the "mistreatment" and "submission" it allegedly entails. As an interesting aside, these were not concerns raised by my growing female and feminist-identified fanbase. They were concerns raised by hetero cisgendered male fans. The fact that I directed and produced the scene is not enough evidence of my desire to get on my knees and suck off seven guys.
- Pornography provides performers with a unique opportunity to experience pleasures disinvested from desire and what one takes to be one's own sexual identity. The French refer to orgasm as "la petite mort"--the little death--and the potential to be reborn and to be reborn differently again and again makes pleasure a powerful rallying point for counterattacks against restrictive sexual identity categories.
- [on the benefits of the Internet] Not only are performers more connected with fans than ever before, they are able to have more control over their income, hours and working conditions.
