Goodbye size 20 pants, hello size 8 skinny jeans! A year after getting lap-band surgery, Guiding Light star Caitlin VanZandt is 90 lbs. lighter and a whole lot more confident. "I feel much sexier and much happier," says VanZandt, 23, who last February underwent a procedure to have a device known as a lap-band placed around her stomach, shrinking the organ to the size of a golf ball and thereby limiting how much she can eat. The biggest change in her life? Her new closet busting with size 8 halter tops and dresses that show off her new physique. "I actually buy skinny jeans. It's unbelievable.
