- A native of England, Foster Walker moved to the United States on joining the U.S. Navy at the age of seventeen. Following four years' enlistment service, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of North Carolina-Asheville (UNCA), then traveled the country with various theatre companies.
Foster eventually settled in Wilmington, North Carolina to begin his film and television career. He co-starred in The WB's Dawson's Creek, The CW's One Tree Hill, and NBC's Surface, and starred in the award-winning independent film Altared.
