The 41-year-old '90s icon performed for the first time ever at the ceremony, and we're just wondering what took so long? Brandy treated us to a soulful performance of her hits "Borderline" and "Almost Doesn't Count," as well as "No Tomorrow" featuring Ty Dolla $ign.
